I went to the Hartlepool Mosque on Brougham Terrace at 10am. I went with Rachael Fallis and we were shown around the building, we took our shoes off while in the male prayer room, the guide told us about the architect, Dean K Woodward. The guide also told us how he has been converted from being a Christian to following the faith of Islam 'peace'. We were made coffees with some biscuits. Then I was allowed to wonder around to take the images I needed on the digital Nikon D7o. Then I shook hands with the guide and thanked him and that it was nice to meet him. I then set up the 5x4, well attempted to but it wasn't working. so I took the images on the Nikon D70, and hoped there would be some i could use with that one. I have looked briefly at the shots using Bridge. I don't like any of them. I am going to take out the 5x4 again after Easter and hopefully have permission to use the camera.
I will see what I can do to rescue any of the images that Ihave taken this morning to accompany the research.
That sounds really productive! Are you uploading any of the images for critique?
